libterralib-dev software package provides C++ library for Geographical Information Systems -- development package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libterralib-dev
libterralib-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libterralib-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libterralib-dev *
You will get with libterralib-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
